Please note that you have the right to pursue your motor finance mis-selling claim without using a claims management company. You can complain directly to your lender and, if you are unhappy with the outcome, refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You may also be able to use the FCA's industry-wide motor finance redress scheme once it becomes available. However, the scheme is currently subject to legal challenge, which is expected to delay the redress process and the timing of any compensation payments.
